Jury convicts Poughkeepsie man of attempted arson

A Poughkeepsie man accused of trying to set an occupied apartment building on fire was convicted in Dutchess County Court on Monday. 69-year-old Lorgio Hernandez-Quevedo was convicted for attempted arson in the second degree after four days of testimony.
