Shapiro signs Greg Moyer's Law to require CPR training, AEDs for scholastic athletics

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Pennsylvania schools will soon be required to offer CPR training to staff and have an automated external defibrillator at all PIAA events.
