The Pennsylvania Lottery announced the winning Cash Spectacular Scratch-Off ticket was sold at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital, located at 300 Halket Street.

The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket.

Cash Spectacular is a $30 scratch-off game that offers top prizes of $1.5 million. Lottery officials said winning tickets are distributed randomly, and retailers do not know where top prizes will be sold.
