12-vehicle crash closes I-78 in both directions in Berks County

BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — I-78 was closed in both directions for much of the day Saturday after a 12-car crash occurred with entrapment on Saturday morning, according to State Police in Berks County.
