INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 14-year-old boy is charged with the murder of a 23-year-old man in a downtown Indianapolis parking garage, prosecutors announced.

The suspect, whose name was not released due to his age, is charged with murder, felony murder, attempted robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, and dangerous possession of a firearm, Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears said Friday.

The case was filed in juvenile court per Indiana Statute. Prosecutors have requested that the case be waived to adult court.
