16-year-old reported missing found with loaded gun in Albany

A 16-year-old who was reported missing out of the City of Troy was found in the City of Albany with a loaded gun. Members of the Albany County Sheriff's Community Oriented Policing Effort (SCOPE) Unit conducted the investigation in the area of South Pearl Street and Herkimer Street.
