2 accused of ATM jackpotting scheme in Williamstown

Two New York men have been arrested in Williamstown after allegedly trying to break into an ATM. According to the Williamstown Police Department, 23-year-old Manuel Antonion Moguea-Gutierrez and 20-year-old Roberto Flores Zabaleta face multiple charges.
