2 arrested after nearly 3 dozen Latino businesses 'terrorized' by burglaries: Police

The Commerce City Police Department on Wednesday announced it has arrested two alleged burglars accused of "targeting and terrorizing" Latino-owned businesses across the Denver metro area.
