29-year-old SF man charged with 4 counts of rape

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A 29-year-old man has been charged with four counts of 4th degree rape. Shaheem Rhodes, of Sioux Falls, is accused of raping a juvenile victim dating back to October of 2025, Sioux Falls Police Sgt. Aaron Benson said at Thursday's briefing.
