40th annual Waterford Canal Festival to set sail in May

The Waterford Canal Festival will return to the historic waterfront of the Village of Waterford on Saturday, May 16. The free event will be celebrating its 40th anniversary with a full day of family-friendly activities to mark the annual opening of the New York State Canal System.
