43-plus year-old Pulaski County Special School District desegregation case ends with judge’s order on Thursday

After 43 years of litigation, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas has ruled that the Pulaski County Special School District has achieved unitary status, ending the desegregation case.
