911 outage restored in Cumberland County

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A Phone outage impacted the Cumberland County Department of Public Safety on Friday morning. According to the Camp Hill Police Department, the outage was for 911 and non-emergency lines. It has since been restored.
