Advocates, Dems rally for prison sentencing overhaul

Advocates, activists, Democratic lawmakers, and families of incarcerated New Yorkers gathered at the State Capitol to call for passage of three criminal justice bills that would address outdated sentencing laws and give a second chance to thousands in custody at state-run prisons.
