Advocates in Albany want to end social work licensing exam

Advocates and lawmakers rallied at the New York State Capitol to demand that social workers no longer have to pass an exam to get licensed, arguing that it is unfair to Black and Latino workers and is hindering the state's ability to address the mental health crisis.
