After delays, Beaver Mountain opens for 86th season

There’s an old saying that goes, “It’s better late than never.” That might be the case for Beaver Mountain Ski Area, which didn’t open in time for Christmas for the first time since the late 1970s. However, it’s open now and people are taking full advantage of two inches worth of fresh powder that fell overnight.
