Alabama man accused of randomly killing Florida driver on I-65 in Tennessee

He was arrested after a 26-year-old driver — identified as 26-year-old Sfenson Simeus of Lake Worth, Florida — was shot and killed, and the driver's younger sister was injured on Sunday night on Interstate 65 in Giles County, Tennessee.
