Albany man sentenced to prison for assault with wooden board

An Albany man was sentenced to prison on Thursday, after assaulting a teenager with a wooden board. According to the Albany County District Attorney's Office, 24-year-old Emanuel Mackey-Bailey was ordered to serve 13 years and six months in prison.
