Albany mayor appoints second member to Community Police Review Board

Albany Mayor Dr. Dorcey Applyrs announced her second appointment to the Community Police Review Board (CPRB) on Friday. Applyrs selected Rev. Marc Johnson to serve as the the board's second mayoral appointee under her administration.
