Albany officials unveil Empire State Plaza bus terminal plans

On Tuesday, Albany leaders unveiled a proposal that would create a permanent intercity bus hub at the Empire State Plaza, utilizing already available spaces. These plans come after Albany County withdrew its request to build a terminal in the South End.
