Albany Pediatric Nursing Home to pay $1.3M for neglect

A pediatric nursing facility in Albany was ordered to pay $1.3 million for reportedly neglecting residents and failing to comply with both federal and state nursing home laws. According to the New York Attorney General's Office, an investigation determined the wrongdoings at St. Margaret's Center went on from 2018 to 2023.
