Albany psychiatric patient pleads not guilty to attempted murder

A patient at the Capital District Psychiatric Center in Albany has been formally charged with attempted murder after an alleged violent assault at the facility on March 2. According to the Albany County District Attorney's Office, 44-year-old David Trebilcock pleaded not guilty to all charges.
