Alexander police searching for an ‘armed & dangerous’ fugitive wanted in three states

Raylyn Dewayne Boone, a 25-year-old man wanted in Texas, Tennessee and Arkansas, escaped arrest on Thursday night and is believed to be armed and dangerous, prompting officials to warn people not to approach him and to call 911 if they see him.
