Appeal denied of murder conviction in fentanyl overdose death of UL student

The Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal has affirmed the second degree murder conviction and life sentence of Damien Dashaun Bernard for the death of JonTerez “JT” Broussard in 2021.
