Appeals Court overturns Cobleskill man's manslaughter conviction

A Cobleskill man's first-degree manslaughter conviction and sentence has been overturned for the second time by the Appellate Division of the state Supreme Court’s Third Department. According to the appellate court, judges ruled that Ryan Oldorff's plea may not have been submitted voluntarily.
