AR-15 found in vehicle near baby after Idaho Springs road rage incident: Police

A man was arrested and is facing multiple charges after allegedly pointing a rifle at another vehicle on Interstate 70 while a baby was in his vehicle, according to the Idaho Springs Police Department.
