ARCADIA, Ind. (WISH) — A northern Hamilton County farm made sure families had another option to ring in 2026, with farm animals.

New Year’s Eve usually means dinner, parties and the ball drop. In Arcadia, families celebrated with yaks at Woolly Yak Ranch & Winery.

“It’s actually a bit of a creative concoction that we came up with. We thought about the kids because we get an awful lot of kids that come out here,” said owner Christopher Lammer.

Lammer and his wife invited families out for this sold-out event to ring in New Year’s Eve at noon Wedensday.
