ARDOT officials outline road projects, safety programs and billions in infrastructure investments

The Arkansas Department of Transportation provided lawmakers with an update Wednesday on transportation projects and programs underway across the state, including a new driver-safety initiative for high school students, efforts to reduce litter along highways and several major infrastructure projects.
