Arkansas Department of Transportation ramps up litter reduction plan

The Arkansas Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Arkansas Highway Police and the Keep Arkansas Beautiful office, is launching an awareness and enforcement campaign to reduce litter and improve highway safety and cleanliness across the state.
