Arkansas Emergency Operations Center activated in advance of severe winter storm, shares safety tips

Arkansas officials have activated the state Emergency Operations Center and deployed National Guard troops in preparation for a severe winter storm, and are urging residents to stay home and off the roads, and to prepare a 72-hour emergency kit and a winter safety kit for vehicles.
