Arkansas National Guard swaps out senior enlisted advisors to adjunct general

Air National Guard Chief Master Sgt. Scott Manamon will replace retiring Army National Guard Command Sgt. Maj. Gregory White as senior enlisted leader to the adjunct general on Jan. 10, becoming the first Air National Guardsman to serve in the role.
