Arkansas State Police launches ‘Be A Sober Driver or Pay The Price’ campaign going into 4th of July

The Arkansas State Police Highway Safety Office and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration are joining forces to deter drunk driving during the 4th of July holiday, which ranks among the deadliest periods on the nation's roads.
