Arkansas Storm Team Forecast: Sunshine, then beneficial weekend rain

Thursday is sunny and above normal for February in Arkansas, then Friday sees increasing clouds and highs in the upper 60s (again, above normal). Rain chances move in late Friday, and widespread rain and storms are likely for Valentine's Day. A very low chance of severe storms exists in southern Arkansas late Saturday for damaging wind gusts. Rain ends on Sunday, then we're warm and dry next week.
