Arkansas Supreme Court makes two rulings keeping LEARNS Act lawsuit in effect

The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that the lawsuit against the LEARNS Act will remain in effect, and three women who wanted to join the suit on the state's side were allowed to do so, overturning the lower court's dismissal of their motion to intervene.
