Arkansas Supreme Court questions attorney about AI use, establishes rule governing AI

The Arkansas Supreme Court has issued an order to an attorney to show cause why she should not be sanctioned for using artificial intelligence in preparing a petition for the court, and has adopted a rule governing the use of AI in court proceedings.
