Attorney for Devil's Den murder suspect seeks to prohibit death penalty; claims prosecutor violated court order

The attorney for Andrew McGann, the man accused of stabbing and killing a Prairie Grove couple last year, has filed a motion to prohibit the death penalty in the case, claiming the prosecutor violated a court order, according to court documents.
