BETHANY, Ind. (WISH) – Attorneys are investigating possible litigation over the air pollution from a specialty concrete plant that’s been at the center of complaints from neighbors for years. 

Indianapolis-based Rich Cook Law is sending letters and surveys to people living near the Arcosa Lightweight plant in Morgan County, asking if they’ve had issues with dust or odors from the facility.
