Authorities identify victim in deadly downtown San Diego stabbing

The San Diego Police Department (SDPD) has identified a man who was stabbed in downtown San Diego outside of Hotel Churchill, a residential facility for low-income, formerly incarcerated or homeless individuals, on Valentine's Day.
