Bakersfield PD searches for man suspected of breaking into Ming Ave Ross store backroom

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected of burglarizing the Ross on Ming Avenue.
