Bakersfield police searching for man who stole US flag on South Chester Avenue

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Bakersfield police are investigating a vandalism and theft incident from August. The Bakersfield Police Department said on Monday, Aug. 10, a suspect broke a residential flagpole on the 1100 block of South Chester Avenue and stole an American flag.
