Balboa Park paid parking initiative officially underway

The "Balboa Park Free Parking Restoration Act" is a citizen-led initiative to repeal parking fees at Balboa Park, which is being led by former Coronado Mayor Richard Bailey and requires 80,000 signatures from registered San Diego voters to be placed on the November ballot.
