Ball Arena will not get proposed tunnel created by Elon Musk company

On Tuesday, Musk's The Boring Company revealed the final three finalists from an initial group of 16 chosen from a group of 500 submissions. The "Ball Arena Tunnel" was not among the final three proposed projects.
