Ballad Health providing financial support to SOFHA, confirms it will not acquire

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Ballad Health announced on Wednesday that it will "provide lending support" to State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SOFHA), as the locally-governed medical group aims to retire its debt and remain independent.
