
Violence breaks out on Eutaw Street as police launch investigation
Baltimore, MD — Two young men were found wounded on a downtown block Monday evening after gunfire broke out, prompting a swift police response and an active investigation into what led up to the shooting.
Officers were called around 7:01 p.m. on March 30, 2026, to the 300 block of North Eutaw Street, where they discovered a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to their extremities.
Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.
Detectives assigned to the Central District Shooting unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation. No suspect information has been released.
