‘Bare minimum isn’t going to cut it’: San Diego to begin process implementing state housing law

The City of San Diego is taking steps to implement Senate Bill 79, which requires cities to approve housing developments within a one-half-mile radius of transit stops, and will review the proposed implementation plan on April 16.
