Basin states set to sign new 2-year Colorado River agreement, SNWA says

Nevada and the six other states along the Colorado River basin are on the verge of signing a two-year agreement that would, in theory, temporarily end a long period of discord and contentious negotiations on water rights and usage, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
