Baton Rouge officer issued summons after DWI charge

Officer Sabrione Reed was arrested and charged with first-offense DWI, reckless driving, fleeing to elude, and speeding after being pulled over for driving over 100 mph, and has been placed on restricted duty pending an internal affairs investigation.
