Bed bug rankings: St. Louis climbs to 17th, Chicago tops list

St. Louis moved up one spot to 17th on Orkin's 2026 Bed Bug Cities List, while Chicago maintained its position as the city with the highest rate of infestations, and Tampa and Myrtle Beach joined the top 50 for the first time.
