BEECH GROVE, Ind. (WISH) — A 33-year-old Beech Grove police officer was shot and killed Monday in the Marion County city, and another officer received injuries not believed to be life-threatening, the department’s chief said.

As of Tuesday around 2 p.m., the other officer injured in the shooting has been released from the hospital.
