INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis woman has filed a lawsuit against the Metropolitan School District of Wayne Township, claiming the district took no action when she reported being sexually assaulted multiple times by another custodian.

The lawsuit filed Wednesday in Marion County court accuses Wayne Township and Ben Davis High School of negligent hiring, supervision, and retention practices.

The attorney representing the woman, Greggory Laker, says the woman was 18-years-old.
