Benefit: Hit-and-run victim who lost leg, needs prosthetic, area nonprofit says

The Steven Smithhart Memorial Foundation is hosting a benefit for single father Daniel Drake, who lost his leg in a hit-and-run, to raise money for a prosthetic leg.
